Three Ways to Move Your Family Business Forward
From a single focused conversation to a multi-year transition programme — each engagement is defined, priced, and scoped in advance. All include a written outcome the family keeps.
Back to HomeOur Facilitation Methodology
Every engagement — regardless of size — follows the same underlying method. We begin with a preparation call to understand the family's situation, the key participants, and what a productive outcome for the engagement looks like. We then design a session structure and share an agenda with all participants in advance.
Facilitated sessions are run by a named facilitator who holds the space, manages the pace, and ensures that all voices are heard. After each session we produce a written summary or draft output that the family reviews before it is finalised.
The difference between our three engagement levels is scope and depth, not quality or care. A Family Roles Conversation receives the same level of preparation and written rigour as an Operational Transition Roadmap — it simply covers a more focused question.
Preparation Call
Understand the situation; agree scope and format
Agenda Shared
Session structure circulated to all participants in advance
Facilitated Session
Structured conversation with a neutral facilitator
Written Output
Draft reviewed and agreed before finalisation
Family Roles Conversation
A guided, neutral session that helps a family enterprise talk through who does what today and what feels unclear. We facilitate the discussion and capture a shared summary — operational clarity, nothing more. Helpful for families wanting a calm starting point before tackling larger questions.
- Preparation call to agree structure and participants
- One facilitated session (typically two to three hours)
- Written summary capturing what was discussed and agreed
- Review cycle — family approves summary before it is finalised
Fixed Price
RM 640
Typical duration: 2–3 weeks
Continuity Planning Support
A working engagement that helps the family map how day-to-day responsibilities could pass to the next generation over time — roles, knowledge handover, and a sensible timeline. We keep it operational and tactful. Suited to families thinking a few years ahead who want a structured outline to refer back to.
- Preparation interviews with key family members
- Two to three facilitated sessions across the engagement
- Continuity outline mapping roles and handover approach
- Indicative timeline agreed with the family
- Written continuity outline reviewed and finalised together
Fixed Price
RM 2,650
Typical duration: 4–8 weeks
Operational Transition Roadmap
A wider advisory programme that helps a family business shape a practical, multi-year plan for handing over operations — responsibilities, documentation, and review points the family can follow. Tailored to the specific situation and built with regulated matters firmly in the hands of the family's own advisers.
- In-depth preparation interviews with all key stakeholders
- Multiple facilitated sessions across the programme
- Detailed operational transition roadmap
- Handover guide — responsibilities, timelines, review points
- Follow-up call at programme completion
Fixed Price
RM 4,450
Typical duration: 3–6 months
